Ill Manors - Broadcasting Questions (Mr Halsey)

1.  Codes and Conventions of a trailer?
  • Name of Film
  • Release dates
  • Who's starring in it (Actors)
  • Age certificate
  • The action parts of the film but not the climax
  • Directors name
  • Voice overs
2.  How are trailers distributed?
  • TV
  • Radio
  • Magazines
  • YouTube
  • Cinema
  • Internet
3. How does Ill Manors use trailer conventions?

Ill Manors uses trailer conventions in the voice over which is spoken by Plan B. This convention creates a story when the  clips and pictures that go with it are being shown so the story becomes more clear for the audience.

4.  Who is the target audience?

The target audience for this film is teenagers and young adults. This is because most teenagers and young adults know who Plan B is and would like to see how well he has written and directed a film. So the audience may be all fan based. Another reason the target audience is teenagers and young adults is because this type of genre of film may appeal to them more as they know more about what happens on the streets of London than most adults do. The voice over is of Plan B so this will attract more of his fans to watch the movie as they tend to me teenagers and young adults.
